hat’s wrong with the “Armani look?” 

A major clothing retailer VP stated that it wanted employees to emulate the “Armani look.”  According to the employer, that “look” included being thin, white, blue eyed and blonde.  Not surprisingly, the employer was sued for race discrimination.  Eventhough the VP who made the Armani comments was terminated, the Pennsylvania lawsuit was pursued by the EEOC and resulted in a $7.5 million settlement.
